Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping is £12.99, with free shipping on orders over £80.

UK and Northern Ireland delivery is £2.99, and it’s free on orders over £50.

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 2–3 working days. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

Pre-orders are items that aren't immediately in stock but will be dispatched within 7 days of ordering. You can cancel your pre-order within 24 hours by emailing info@avaandbeaux.com.

Yes, you can return items within 28 days of receiving your order, as long as they’re in their original packaging and unused condition. Fragile or delicate items must be returned with all original protective packaging.

Yes. The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalised items

• Earrings and candles that have been used (e.g. candle wick has been burnt)

Absolutely! Just email info@avaandbeaux.com with your order number, full name and receipt plus the item you’d like to return and the item you’d like in exchange. If the price is the same, we’ll just charge for postage. If there’s a price difference, we’ll let you know the next steps.
