At Ava and Beaux, we take great care in delivering your items with love and care. Below you'll find all the details you need about our shipping and returns process.

Shipping

UK & Northern Ireland

  • Standard Shipping: £2.99

  • Free shipping on orders over £50

 

International Shipping

  • Flat Rate: £12.99

  • Free shipping on orders over £80

 

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

 

Returns

 

We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to return an item, we're here to help.

  • You may return items within 28 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including the same box and packaging.

  • Fragile items must be returned in their original protective packaging to ensure safe transit.

  • Items must be unused and undamaged to be eligible for a refund.

 

Please note the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalised items

  • Delicate items such as earrings or candles that have been used (e.g. if the candle wick has been burned)

 

If your return meets these conditions, a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, we offer exclusive pre-orders on selected items to help you secure your favourites before they sell out.

​

  • Pre-order items are typically dispatched within 7 days of placing your order.

  • If you change your mind, we kindly ask that you cancel your pre-order within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed. Please email us at info@avaandbeaux.com and we'll do our best to help.

Please note: If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the full order may be held and shipped together unless otherwise arranged.

EXCHANGES

We’re happy to offer exchanges if you’d prefer a different item.

 

To arrange an exchange:

  • Please email us at info@avaandbeaux.com with your order number, full name and if possible attach your email receipt. We'll need the details of the item you'd like to return and the item you'd like to exchange it for.

  • If the items are a like-for-like match in price, we’ll only require a postage payment.

  • If there is a difference in price, we’ll confirm the balance that needs to be paid (or refunded) before proceeding.

 

Please note:

  • Your new item will be shipped once the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • All exchange items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, as per our returns policy.
